Terms & Conditions of the “IRONMAN On the Road – 10% Discount” Offer

1. This special offer, “IRONMAN On the Road – 10% Discount”, is provided by Car Hire Poland Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, at Połczyńska 10, 01-378 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number: 0000621021, maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 5862307101, with a share capital of PLN 20,800.00, website: www.enterpriserentacar.pl, hereinafter referred to as "CHP"

2. Eligible participants of this offer are competitors of the following events:

   • IRONMAN 70.3 Warsaw: June 6-8, 2025
   • Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia: August 1-3, 2025
   • Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań: September 5-7, 2025

3. This offer grants a 10% discount off the base rental rate at the time of booking, for a rental period as specified in these Terms & Conditions (based on the best available daily rental rates on the website at the time of booking).

4. The discount applies only to the base rental fee and does not cover any additional charges or fees arising from the Rental Agreement or as specified in the General Rental Conditions in Poland.

5. To use this offer, the eligible participant must enter the promotional code provided by CHP during the online booking process via the reservation panel available at:

6. Minimum rental period required to apply the discount: 3 days.

7. Maximum rental period with this offer: 30 days.

8. Offer validity period for car rentals:

   • May 1 - September 9, 2025

9. Booking start date: March 15, 2025.

10. Booking end date: September 7, 2025.

11. The offer applies to all vehicle classes available at the time of booking at CHP rental locations and is valid only for rentals in Poland.

13. The renter must accept the Rental Agreement, General Rental Conditions in Poland, and other required documents upon vehicle pickup, in accordance with CHP rental standards. The General Rental Conditions in Poland are available at:

14. The renter has the right to cancel their reservation at any time before the start of the rental period without penalty. If the reservation is no longer needed, customers are requested to cancel it in advance.

15. All drivers of the rented vehicle must meet the minimum requirements specified in the General Rental Conditions in Poland.

16. The offer is subject to vehicle availability and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or existing reservations.

For rental periods outside the specified offer period, standard daily rental rates apply based on the current rate for the selected vehicle category.

Any complaints regarding these Terms & Conditions or the use of the offer may be submitted in writing to CHP’s registered office address as specified in these Terms or electronically via email at:

CHP will respond to complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt. Responses will be sent to the contact details provided in the complaint submission or, if not provided, to the contact details included in the rental agreement, if such an agreement has been signed.

Final Provisions

CHP reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions; however, any reservations made before such changes will be subject to the version of the Terms that was in effect at the time of booking.

This Regulation and the Terms of this Offer, as well as any disputes or claims arising from or related to them, are governed by Polish law.
If an eligible participant is a resident of the European Union, they may initiate legal proceedings regarding this offer in Polish courts or the courts of their EU country of residence.
